firstPursuit is a men’s ministry founded to help men pursue God first through the building of Christ-centered friendships. We attempt to reach men where they are, in the midst of the world they face on a daily basis. We utilize the shared experiences of sports, recreation, work, and hobbies to bridge the gap of time needed to develop friendships among men. We then use weekly men’s small groups and one-on-one mentoring times as vehicles for helping men grow in their relationships with God and each other.

It's firstPursuit’s conviction that all men were made to have a relationship with God and one another and that, without these relationships, life is empty and unfulfilled. firstPursuit provides an opportunity to explore a quality relationship with God and one another through the person of Jesus Christ. These relationships foster health... health that spills over into marriages, families, neighbors, and communities.
